MinoSharp Universal Knife Sharpener

The ceramic MinoSharp will restore the razor sharpness to your knives and keep them as good as new.

Suitable for most knives* the MinoSharp is recommended by Global for use on all their knives and incorporates two sharpening wheels.

The white wheel has a rough, coarse texture, ideal for smoothing out any niks in the blades, followed by the pink wheel, which has a medium coarse texture, ideal for sharpening the blade and to maintain the knife edges and provide a finishing touch.

The tray beneath the wheels holds water, to lubricate the ceramic sharpening stone during use.
